2 students found dead at Farmgate residential hotel

Two students were found dead at a residential hotel in Dhaka’s Farmgate area this afternoon.

The deceased were identified as Aminul Islam Sajal, 21, a student of Tejgaon College, and Mariam Akhter Jerin, 20, a student of a private university of Dhaka, said Mozaffar, assistant sub-inspector of Tejgaon Police Station.

Police recovered the bodies from the seventh floor of Samrat Hotel this afternoon, the police official said.

Details of the incident could not be known immediately.
