Ex-leader of DU JCD, VP of Dhaka College JCD nabbed for leaking question paper: RAB

The Rapid Action Battalion said on Sunday evening they arrested Hasan Mamun, former president of the Dhaka University unit of  Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal and Shahadot Hossain Sohagh, vice president of the Dhaka College chapter of JCD alleging that they had leaked question paper of test for recruiting primary school teachers at Patuakhali on May 31.

RAB’s legal and media wing made the claims in a press release 20 hours after uniformed RAB men arrested the two JCD leaders.

They families made day long complaints that RAB was denying that they had arrested Mamum and Shohag.

Hasan Mamun is a BNP central committee leader now.

RAB claimed in its press release said that two separate teams of RAB-8 arrested Mamun, 40, of Rangopaldi, Dashmina, Patuakhali from Shantinagar in the capital at about 11.20 PM on Saturday and Shahadot, 35, of Galachipa town,  Patuakhali from his home town.

RAB claimed that they damaged the government’s image by leaking question papers.
