A first year student of Ideal College in the capital was shot in the leg allegedly by his seniors yesterday over a previous feud.
Naimur Rashid, 17, took treatment at Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
Naimur and some of his classmates had an altercation with a group of second year students on Thursday over hanging around at a tea-stall near the college, said police quoting the victim.
Naimur recognised one of the second year students named Palak and an outsider Roman who were in the group of some 10 who shot him outside the college on Central road.
