IU admission process begins on Oct 15

The online admission process for first year honors courses under 2017-18 academic sessions at Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia will begin on October 15 and continue till November 10.

IU acting registrar SM Abdul Latif said the admission tests of 33
departments will be held from November 25 to 29 under eight units. The unit wise examination schedule will be published soon.

Admission seekers will have to register for the tests in online by paying Taka 500 for each unit through Dutch Bangla mobile banking (Rocket). This year, .25 (point two five) number will be cut for every wrong answer in the admission test, he added.

Details of the admission tests, registration procedure, fee payment, student eligibility will be available on the university website: www.iu.ac.bd and detailed circular will be published in different newspapers soon.

Mentioned, 2,265 students will be enrolled into the university in this academic year under 33 departments including the newly started eight departments.
