Japanese delegate meets DU VC

Chairman and CEO of Poly-Glu Social Business Company Limited, Japan Dr. Kanetoshi Oda paid a courtesy call on Dhaka University vice-chancellor Professor Md Akhtaruzzaman on Tuesday (24 October) at the latter’s office of the university.

During the meeting, they discussed various issues including Rohingya crisis.

VC said, the government of Bangladesh as well as the general people have extended all out support and cooperation to establish humanitarian values for Rohingya Muslims.

The Japanese delegate praised the government of Bangladesh for providing cooperation to the Rohingya.

The delegate also expressed his willingness to undertake a new project for making DU campus neat and clean.
