Two fake admission-seekers held at Mawlana Bhashani Univ

Fake examineesTwo fake admission aspirants of 2015-2016 academic session has been arrested at Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University (MBSTU) on Sunday.

Officials told dainikshiksha.com that during the interview to determine specific subject on 26th December 2015, the selection board challenged them due to not found similarity between admit card signature and entry test attendant signature.

Later, the confession was taken from them when they are proved to be false examinees after verifying all the information.

The arrested candidates Gaurav Kumar Ghosh and Jayantu Kumar Saha ranked 3rd and 62nd in the ‘A’ unit merit list respectively.

During the more interrogation, they said, we did not have participated in the entry test. Two of the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) students took part in the test for us.

Later, we get the chance in merit list when the result published. We came to give interviews through changing the Admit Card photos with own photos during the interview.

Gaurav Kumar Ghosh, son of Narendranath Ghosh in Chelpara while Jayantu Kumar Saha is the son of Bidyut Kumar Saha in Kalitala, Bogra.

University Proctor and Life Sciences Faculty Dean Professor Dr. Md. Sirajul Islam said, confessions were taken from them. In future, the entrance test participants will be brought under justice according to their information.
