100 marks allocated for Liberation War in BCS

bcs examAccording to Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Huq, the government is planning to include 100 marks questions about the Liebration War of 1971 in BCS exams.

The minister said the initiative to include questions on the war was aimed at enabling the next generation to remember the history of the war.

The questions would be about the struggle for independence since Pakistan’s independence from the British rule in 1947 and the ninth-month liberation war in 1971.

The minister also added that He said the government was considering increasing the monthly allowance for wounded freedom fighters and also those who had received awards.

Monthly allowance of freedom fighters would be increased to Tk10,000 from the existing Tk8,000.
