Primary and Mass Education Minister Mostafizur Rahman today laid emphasis on ensuring the quality of primary education to ensure the standard of higher education.
“Teachers have to play a vital role in improving quality of education as the teachers’ role is mostly important to attain the expected target of education, he told a meeting in the auditorium of Nowbab Siraj-ud-dola Government College on Saturday (28 October).
Mostafizur said the present government led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina nationalized nearly 26,000 non-government primary schools to ensure universal access to education.
