Desk Report |
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will lay the foundation stone of an underpass adjacent to Shaheed Ramiz Uddin Cantonment College on Airport Road in Dhaka on Sunday.

Dia Khanam Mim and Abdul Karim Rajib, the two students of the college, were killed as a Jabal-e-Noor bus ploughed through a crowd while competing with another bus of the same company on the Airport Road on July 29.

Earlier, the prime minister donated savings certificates of Taka 20 lakh to each of the families of Mim and Rajib.

She also presented five buses to Ramiz Uddin Cantonment College for the transportation of its students.
