Symposium on neuroscience held in DU

A symposium on “The Scientific Research of Neuroscience” was held today at Dhaka University (DU).

DU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman inaugurated the programme at the Kamal Uddin Ahmad Lecture Gallery of the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology on the campus.

Neuroscience Research Center of Dhaka University (NRCDU) organised the programme. National Institute of Neurosciences Professor Dr. Quazi Deen Mohammad, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Prof. Dr. Khan Abul Kalam Azad and Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Department Chairperson Dr. Md. Sayedul Islam addressed the function with Neuroscience Research Center Director Dr. Md. Khalilur Rahman in the chair.

Physicians of different hospitals, researchers of various research centers and experts took part in the symposium.
