The Rajshahi University authorities launched a month-long tree plantation programme on the campus yesterday.
RU Vice-Chancellor Prof Muhammad Mizanuddin inaugurated the programme in front of Shaheed Habibur Rahman Hall of the university.
Pro Vice-Chancellor Chowdhury Sarwar Jahan and Student Advisor Mizanur Rahman were present among others at the inauguration ceremony.
