Written exam to be introduced at IU entry test

The authorities of Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia have decided to introduce written exam in its first year honours courses entry test under the university's 2018-19 academic session.

IU Vice-Chancellor Professor M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari approved the proposal of the university's central admission test committee, sources at IU registrar office said on Friday (17 August) morning.

According to the decision, of the 120 marks, 20 marks are from written exam while 60 marks from MCQ and 40 marks from are from SSC and HSC examinations.

IU acting registrar SM Abdul Latif said more information regarding the admission test procedure will be available on the university website www.iu.ac.bd.
